He serves as a Managing Partner at BlackSoil Realty Investment Advisors, after having served as a Sole Advisor to Amforge Industries on a complex demerger of assets to Mahindra Group. He also has advised Indian corporates on various capital raising transactions including Allcargo’s IPO, Bank of Punjab’s IPO and Garware Polyster’s rights issue. He has been an Independent Director of Navneet Education Limited since June 1, 2013.
